
Dr. Matt Craig and Personal Trainer, Andrew Morris, have collaborated to offer you The Strength Lab. The best in semi-private, functional training, based on rehabilitation principles. And initial clinical evaluation and movement assessment sets this program apart from the rest. The results of the clinical evaluation allow a tailored program to be developed to build strength, stability and pain free mobility. You choose between training once, twice or three times weekly in our fully equipped facility. Two specific reasons that individuals do not exercise are 1. They don’t know what to do and/or 2. They are dealing with or recovering from an injury and don’t want to get hurt. At the Strength Lab, we are with you 100% of the way to insure your success and protection from injury.
WEEKLY SCHEDULE-

MONDAY: 7:00am, 8:00am, NOON, and 5:30pm
WEDNESDAY: 10:30am, 4:30pm and 5:30pm
FRIDAY: NOON, 1:00pm and 3:30pm
SATURDAY: 11:30am
